At its time MG has faced collapse, and now is revived by Chinese car company NAC. That day was a holiday as well as for English representatives and for the Chinese delegation. At a meeting attended by governor of China’s Jiangsu Province, home of NAC MG, and by Mike Whitby, leader of Birmingham City Council. The factory is located on the territory of this city.

A day before a general representative of Britain government Mike O’Brian personally handed over a letter from the British government to a representative of the Chinese Liang Hua Buo. It was not long ago, on March 27, 2007 when the first car went off the conveyor of MG after the brand became the property of Chinese NAC. This coincided with the 60th anniversary of the famous British brand.
