Everybody wants Nissan GT-R
Barely two weeks after Nissan has begun taking orders for new generation sports coupé GT-R, the number of people wishing to have this car only in Japan was 2200, in 11 times more than the company’s managers have expected for the first month of new car sales…
According to the Nissan representatives more than 60 percent of buyers of new GT-R are under 50 years, while the most popular color is metallic silver. The cost of a car with the 480 hp engine at about 75 thousand Euro.
The same demand for GT-R is in the United States, where the number willing to buy new sports-car already goes to thousands, exceeding all expectations of Nissan producer. In Europe Nissan GT-R will appear much later. There is not expected before early 2009. Although taking into account the fact that such an expensive coupe is being sold very very good, Nissan may change their mind and agree to a new program of sales.
